It is a simple yard, but a big vision: to be a praying, worshipping, missional community to bring the transforming grace and love of Christ to the province of Oudalan:

Community
Firstly we are a praying, worshiping, missional community. There are usually about 15-20 of us living here. We share our lives together, serving together, and praying together every day. We seek to make it a place where righteousness lives, and where there is love, joy, peace, and grace.

Evangelism
We seek to make the yard a place where local Fulani, Tamacheq, and Songhai Muslims can come in and find a welcome, and find the presence and power of Christ. From the ministry centre, the team go out to do evangelism in Gorom-Gorom and nearby villages. We also run an interdenominational cell group every Thursday, in local language and culture, to which local believers can bring Muslim friends to hear the gospel.

Serving the Needs of the Community
From the Ministry Centre, we go out to work with the churches in bringing God's love in practical ways to the people of Oudalan, whether that is aid to the poor, education, providing clean water, helping run children's camps...

Church
Pierre has started a Fulani church ("the Church of the Nations") in the meeting place in the centre of the yard. The service is simple, with a focus on prayer, worship, and the study of the word of God, all in a language and style accessible to local peoples.

Resourcing Local Churches
We run conferences and trainng for local believers, inter-church meetings, and pastors gatherings. We have a small resource centre with materials (eg. books, tracts, cassettes, videos) for the work of local pastors and Christians. We go out to visit and encourage pastors and support them in their ministries, and we facilitate the church partnerships and receive groups from partnering churches.
