Our centre of operations is the Oudalan Ministry Centre, a simple yard, where Keith and Lynne live with Pastor Pierre, evangelist Seydou, and their families.

This is the base for all the work of APT in Burkina, and from here we co-ordinate with partnering churches and supporters around the world.

We would like to develop the facilities of the Ministry Centre, so that we can better serve the communities of the province.

Building plans

Here are some of the plans we have for the Ministry Centre:

• Rebuild in cement the shower rooms and the external wall of the Ministry. (These are currently in mud-brick.)

• Build another building with accommodation, office, and a guest room. (Keith and Lynne are currently living in one room, which also serves as the office.)

• Build and Stock a grain store, to be able to store grain for helping people out in times of hardship.

• Start a small shop: to bring some money into the Ministry Centre, so that it becomes increasingly self-sufficient, not dependant on external finances, nor upon the presence of Keith and Lynne.

• Develop the Resource centre:

  • Library of books, cassettes, dvds

  • Cassettes, Bibles, Tracts, etc for evangelism

  • Evangelism resources for use by local pastors

• Running water. We have electricity and a phone line since 2008, but as yet have been unable to get running water.

• (Eventually) build a larger meeting place
