It has been great to see progress at the Wakkil Alla school in Gorom-Gorom, but we face an immediate challenge before the new school year starts in October: finding sponsorship for the new children who will be joining this year:

The Challenge: Sponsorship of the Children.

The children we are aiming to help with Wakkil Alla school are from families who will not be able to cover the costs of the school fees. So we try to get sponsors for each class of children.

We are looking for a church, house group, business or other group who would be willing to sponsor the new class of children starting this year. We would be asking for a commitment of £2,000/year for 6 years. This money covers school fees, food, and administrative costs for the whole class of up to 40 children.
